Contech 2013 Innovation and Sustainable Development awards – Enerconcept technologies is awarded the Sustainable Development grand prize and a distinction prize in the « Bâtiment ICI – Technology and innovative products »

During the 25th edition of Contech’s Innovation and Sustainable Development awards which took place on November 7th at Montreal’s Congress Center, Enerconcept technologies was awarded the Sustainable Development grand prize and a distinction prize in the « Bâtiment ICI – Technology and innovative products » category. Enerconcept Technologies, a well established company in the field of solar air heating, based in Magog, Quebec, was awarded these prizes for its Lubi solar hot air collector, the most efficient solar collector on the market with a thermal efficiency which exceeds by more than 29% the performance of solar collectors available on the market inn normal practice.
Contech’s Innovation and Sustainable Development Awards visibility program serves to highlight and promote building know-how in Quebec. Enerconcept technologies was chosen amongst 17 finalists. Established in 1998, Enerconcept Technologies manufactures solar air heating systems for industrial, commercial and institutional buildings. Today, in Quebec, United States and Germany, hundreds of buildings proudly display Enerconcept Technologies’ hot air panels.
